Mindful Meditation and Yin Yoga

MINDFUL MEDITATION WITH RAY NAKANO AND YIN YOGA WITH DENISE CROFTON

Join us on Saturday August 18th 2018 for a Day of Mindful Meditation and Yin Yoga. This workshop will take place at Toronto Buddhist Church in the Hondo. We will begin our workshop at 10:00 am and end at 3:00 pm.

Our session will start with a Yin Yoga class to help us sit and meditate. Our meditation session will include a Guided and Silent sitting meditation and Walking Meditation. We will break for lunch at 12:00 pm – Please bring a vegetarian dish to share with the group.

After lunch we will start with a Total Relaxation Meditation followed by a Dharma talk and sharing with the sangha. We have some yoga mats available, but If you have your own mat please bring that with you along with a blanket.
