Please RSVP to joanne@kataoka.ca with the following information: \n\nYour name and the names of your family or firends who will also be attending\nLunch preference (regular or vegan)\n\nAdditional things to note: \n\nMasking is mandatory\nRecommended age range for participation is 10 and up\n\nMochi tsuki is an important annual fundrasing event at the temple. At this event\, we steam mochi gome (glutenous rice)\, pound the rice to a uniform consistency and form it to make Komochi\, Osonae (Okagami) and anko mochi. \nTo those who have generously volunteered in the past\, we hope you will be able to assist us again! For those of you who have not previously attended mochi tsuki\, we want to invite you to take part and we hope that you will consider making this event a part of your year end tradition. \nIf you would like to order mochi\, please email joanne@kataoka.ca or call 647-793-4278. \nWe hope to see you there!!
