To Toronto Buddhist Church members, friends and supporters:
In these uncertain times of the COVID-19 pandemic, we all face many difficulties.
Our government has legislated the closure of many businesses as well as places of worship which means our Temple is closed until further notice.
It is important that we protect our congregation, families, friends, communities as well as our Ministers, Minister Assistants and Dharma Lay Leaders. As such, all regular services, funerals, makuragyos, cremations, burials, ash inurnments, memorials and weddings are cancelled or postponed. All meetings and classes are also cancelled.
Should the need arise, virtual services may be available using Skype, Messenger, teleconferencing, etc. Please leave a message on the Temple’s answering machine or send an email message to firstname.lastname@example.org
