Join us for a special afternoon at the Temple on March 9th at 3:00 PM for a free screening of Sahel Rose’s captivating film, 花束 (“Bouquet”)! This experimental film blends documentary and non-fiction elements to tell the poignant stories of eight boys and girls who grew up in an orphanage, sharing their own memories and experiences. It’s a film you won’t want to miss!
But that’s not all! We’re also excited to welcome GANBARE & YOJI, who will be hosting an information booth for new immigrants an hour before and after the screening. You can connect with them to learn more about Toronto’s public and private schools, studying abroad opportunities, the rental market, and navigating the medical system. This is a fantastic resource for newcomers to our community!
So mark your calendars for March 9th. Come for the thought-provoking film, stay for the valuable information, and connect with your community at the Temple! We look forward to seeing you there!
